Job Descriptions:
Planning, monitoring and coordinating of all milk procurement related activities in his operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Planning, monitoring and evaluation.

  1. To assist the Area Officer in conducting survey of the targeted villages to establish the viability of the village in terms of Milk Procurement.
  2. To assist the Area Officer in monitoring Fat & SNF loss.
  3. To organize, sending and receiving of the required data from BMC & MPP to the area / Cluster office under the supervision of Area Officer.

Producers Relationship Management

  1. To assist the Area Officer in organizing the milk producers
  2. Attend milk collection at MPP to supervise the activities going on and also redressing the grievances of members
  3. To meet the targeted milk procurement (quantity & quality)
  4. Organize suitable meetings/ group discussions at village level to disseminate information about new technology, development etc.

Operations and quality assurance

  1. To organizing the Milk Producers to form MPPs.
  2. To assist in installation of milk testing equipment’s at MPP.
  3. To follow the system of testing & recording and start milk procurement in the specified MPPs.
  4. To assist in organizing Logistics to all MPP’s of the designated area

Maintenance

  1. Follow-up / Coordinate with the Supplier/Service providers to carry out maintenance of the testing equipment’s.

Coordinate technical input  program

  1. To follow up / coordinate with concern team for input program.

Training and motivation

  1. To organize training of Sahayak, Members, Transporters in specified areas.

Position Name: Assistant Manager – Legal and Secretarial

3. Experience: Fresher to 2 Years of experience in managing Legal / Secretarial activities preferably for a Section 25 Company, Knowledge of relevant statues, Acts and Regulations applicable to Section 25 Company.

Role
Manage Legal and Compliance related activities to help mitigate legal risk for the organization and undertake all Secretarial and company law related work on regular basis.

The role holder will be responsible for ensuring highest standards of governance in the Organization.

1. Legal
1. To support Head (Manager Legal and Secretarial) in decision making by providing timely updates on strategic matters with respect to the legal and compliance areas affecting the organization.
2. Minimizing legal risks and costs for the Organization due to errors in legal compliance related issues.
3. Ensuring issue of periodic reports/updates on changes in the legislation and laws, their implications and recommendations to safeguard against legal violations.
4. Minimizing penalties due to oversight / errors in legal and compliance matters pertaining to activities of various Departments.
5. Liaising with external legal experts / counsels to provide guidance and advice and handle legal matters including litigations on behalf of the Organization.
6. Deriving cost savings by conducting effective negotiations with external Legal Counsels/Firms.
7. Ensuring minimal cost escalations from the planned budget for litigation activities undertaken.
8. Ensuring resolution of all legal queries within the desired timelines.
9. Monitoring status of dispute settlements / litigation cases and provide updates to the Management.
10. Assisting other Departments in drafting contracts and review all contract documents to minimize legal risks for the Organization.
11. Ensuring safe custody of original agreements, contracts, major court orders, certificate of incorporation of company, commencement of business, land acquisition papers, and all regulatory filings/ reports.

2. Secretarial
1. Establish and drive implementation of Corporate Governance norms to ensure transparency in all operations.
2. Ensure periodic and timely conduct of Board Meetings.
3. Monitor the statutory reporting process to ensure timely submission of the required information and compliance with the relevant authorities.
4. Ensure compliance with the statutory requirements and regulations prescribed by Company Law Board and Companies Act and all other applicable legislations.
5. Ensure regular interaction with Company Law Board, Ministry of Company Affairs, etc. and develop cordial relations with them.
